This plot represents all asteroids and asteroid satellites known or estimated to be at least 30 km in diameter, as of April 2015, plotted by orbit eccentricity vs. semimajor axis. Symbols represent the best current estimates of relative sizes, albedos, and colors for these objects. The largest asteroids are labeled: (1) Ceres, (2) Pallas, and (4) Vesta.
