Companion discovered 2024 May 28 by V. Benishek, P. Pravec, P. Kusnirak, P. Fatka, K. Ergashev, O. Burkhonov, and Sh. Ehgamberdiev using lightcurve observations from Sopot Observatory, Serbia; Maidanak Observatory, Uzbekistan. Announced 2024 Jul 20 [B24i].
