Companion discovered 2025 Jan 02 by P. Pravec, P. Kusnirak, K. Hornoch, P. Fatka, and H. Kucakova using lightcurve observations from La Silla station, European Southern Observatory, Chile. Announced 2025 Feb 28 [P25b].
