- Live births
- Abortions, reported includes official data from the national
statistics office with some data from provincial agencies.
- Abortions (AWR) are combined reported and estimated abortion occurrences from the Abortion Worldwide Report working papers.
- Miscarriages may include stillbirths and/or spontaneous
early miscarriages.
- Abortion ratio is abortions per 1000 live births.
- Abortion % is abortions as percentage of pregnancies
(excluding fetal deaths/miscarriages).
- Abortion rate is abortions per 1000 women ages 15-44.
